What data we collect
Account and service data
When you create an account or use the app, we may process: name or display name, email address, login credentials (hashed), vehicle data you enter (e.g. make/model, dates, mileage, fuel/expense logs), reminder settings, and communication preferences.
Contact form
If you write via the Contact page: name, email, optional subject, message content, and technical metadata needed to deliver the message (e.g. time of submission).
Technical and cookie data
IP address (short-lived / for security and spam protection), browser type, device/OS info, pages visited, and cookie identifiers described below.
We do not require you to upload photos with EXIF location data. Avoid uploading images that contain GPS or other personal metadata you do not want shared.
